Stella leaned on the counter resting on her elbows. Today had to be the most boring day ever at the hotel. There were only a couple of guests and they didn't seem to need anything. That meant that Stella had nothing to do. It was days like these that she normally grabbed a book and sat on the stool behind the counter to read. However, she forgot her book today. She berated herself silently as she let out a long sigh. She wished something would happen. Anything to break her of this boredom. It was as if the clock forgot to work. The minutes dragging by as she tried to think of something that would entertain her. There was no television in the lobby (not that there would be anything good on at this time of day anyway).
The beautiful blonde let her mind wonder to her past. It had been a long road to get where she was now. The road hasn't always been easy either. She marveled at how advanced technology had gotten in the past hundred years. The world had changed so drastically! If only her parents had lived to se it. Oh well, that was a thousand years ago and she still had her brother. Even if they had to live in this painful exsistence.
The door opened and she perked up. Hopefully someone would need her assistance.

Dometri wandered outside the Albuquerque Embassy Hotel. The wind blowing his jet black hair off his face. I'm bored, I wonder what my sister is doing... he thought as he re-adjusted his backpack. He had just raided the library, his backpack was full of books that he thought would entertain him for a few hours. He smiled slightly as he pushed open the Hotel door, his smile turned into a smirk when he saw his sister perk up at the noise of the door opening. 'Aww...awaiting my arrival now, were we?' he said chuckling slightly as he dumped his backpack on the counter. 'Hey sis...' he leaned on the counter, his elbows supporting is weight. 'Must be a really busy day today...' he said sarcastically, his eyes looking around the deserted lobby. 'I mean it so busy that I couldn't even get through the door...' [/size]
