Serena Bell entered the coffe shop, her long brown hair being brushed behind her shoulder as she took steps towards the patiently queing customers. Though maybe not as patient as Serena. The man directly infront of her, was obviously in a hurry, and didn't mind making this clear to everyone. His foot was tapping loudly against the floor, the sound growing in annoyance, occuring almost a hundred times a minute. She scowled at him, as the balding man let out a loud groan, and she peered across to the man serving the rest of the customers. The man was such an annoyance, and Serena was growing infuriated by his irritating method of waiting. There was no need for such a display.
As the man finally got to the front of the queue, Serena having grudgingly remained beind him now realised she had no idea what she wanted. There was noone behind her, so when she reached the counter there would be no need to hurry, but still she wanted to prepare her order. She eyed the menu, printed high on the wall behind the counter, who knew coffee could be formed into so many things? She felt the impatient man brush past her, without even a hint of apology, and wrinkling her nose as she followed him with a scowl, she finally reached the counter, smiling at the boy opposite her, she displayed a wide smile and awaited his greeting.

Jayme served the people as they took orders, and collected the money. The man before the girl was quite rude. Complaining how long everything took. "Yeah. Don't come back..." he muttered, looking to the girl. His face softened, seeing her smile, her beautiful eyes. "Hello. What may I get you ma'am?" he asked with a shy smile.
One of the other workers pushed him out of the way. "Yeah, what can he get you?" the guy smirked. That guy always pushed on Jayme, and he was quite sick of it. He glared, going over, ready to make her drink. The other people at the other counter got their drinks, he watched for a moment. Then his eyes went back the male, he always pushed him out of the way when he saw a cute girl in line. He glanced to the girl again, wondering what she was thinking about the guy.

"Wow. Some service in here" She spoke with a small smile, as the workers seemed to be fighting for her custom, which was odd considering Serena and the girls at the diner would rather not serve most of their customers. She eyed both the man who had originally attempted to serve her, and the one who now stood before her. "Caramel Macchiato, please" She told the rather rude worker who had pushed the black-haired boy away from offering her service.
As she watched the blondie begin making her chosen beverage, Serena stepped along the counter, her gaze moving from her macchiato's preperation to her original black-haired server "Rough day?" She spoke, referring ot both the rudeness of the original balding man, and blondie who was just outwith earshot of any conversation "Mine seems to be rgeat with all these boys fighting over little old me" She let out a small laugh in her attempt to initiate conversation with him.

Jayme listened to her voice, which he found to be beautiful. He managed to start making her drink then looked up to see him speak to her. "Ah. Not really. He always pushes me around it seems." he muttered, looking back as he made the drink. He laughed shyly, nodding. "Yeah. He likes to take orders for cute girls." she said.
He felt the male brush against him roughly when he walked by. He glared, then finished the drink. "Here you are ma'am." she said, handing it to her. "Have a nice day." he sighed, going to the next customer who had just walked in the door.

Serena's cheeks turned rosy, her face experiencing a rush of warmth at the word cute. Her eyes looked into his for a moment, but she immediately darted them away, hoping not to embarass herself. She took her drink from him, and watched as he served the next customer. She sipped her sweet macchiato, before glancing at her watch. She had some time. Waiting patiently for him to finish serving the customer who had came behind her, Serena returned to the counter, hoping to continue their conversation "Me again" Her smile still remaining as her eyes gleamed.

Jayme had heard her voice and looked up. "Hey..." he smiled. "Need something?" he asked, handing the male his drink then saw noone else was there to be served. He had plenty of time to talk. "Or would you simply like to talk?" he asked, leaning against the counter, looking into her eyes. He was in love with them, the color, the shape, how soft they looked. "I'm sorry, but....your eyes are amazing." he said shyly.

"Oh.. She spoke, ignoring her cheeks growing almost crimson. The boys in here were certainly generous with the compliments, something Serena wasn't too used to. "Thank you" She glanced at the floor letting an awkward silence fall between them, unsure what to say to him "So...I'm Serena" She held her hand out to shake his, glad she had kept at least her name from him, to use as the dreaded silence breaker.

Jayme watched her blush and smiled at her. He liked complimenting others. To make them feel better. "No problem." he nodded slightly, looking away for a moment. He heard her say her name, and saw her hand. He took it, shaking slightly, "I'm Jayme.." he said. "Would you like to sit?" he let her hand go, going around the counter.
