He opened his eyes slowly when she tocuhed his stomach. He wondered how did he get so much pain in one hit like that from a human with bare fists. He was supposed to be a vampire. He needed blood to survive, he shoudn't be doing this. Xavier regretted the desicion of being human. He wanted blood, now. He pretended to not like it, he needed a solution. One drop of blood maybe..No he coudn't. Steal from the red cross was an idea he had, but he had no intention of telling Kate. He listened to Kate curiously about her need as well. He didn't say a word just stared at Kate seriously. When she stopped he calmed down. He didn't want her turning into a vampire. When she talked awhile later his quizzical face formed a smile. He replied softly. And you are perfect in my eyes. He kissed her hand softly while getting up i need some bandages maybe. He said taking off his shirt and throwing it to the side where his roommate would'nt see it. He went through his closet and drawers to find a bandage or something of the sort. |

Kate's dark eyes looked away, sighing loudly. "I can't do this.... Xavv. I need blood. If it's killing someone, turning them, stealing it.... I don't care. If I don't get it soon, I swear to fucking god I will die." she said, her eyes closed from tiredness.
"Just.....I'm gonna go. I'll meet you tonight, at the movies." she said, moving off of the bed, about to leave. She looked at him and sighed, "Get some rest, baby..." she whispered, putting her arms around him as she leaned up, kissing his soft lips. She let go, and walked out of the room. One side of her wanted him to stop her, the other half wanted and needed blood.

Xavier rushed through the last drawer when he heard Kate say something. He turned stone cold when she said it. Kate.. He sighed. He knew she couldn't take it anymore. He was on the brink of killing someone too. He stood there frozen, he didn't know what to do. Whether he should go after her before she did something stupid or just let her go. He would see her later either. But he couldn't take it. Xavier without even putting his shirt on rushed towards the door and leap up outside trying to find her. He spotted he walking furiously he ran after her with all he got, getting a few glances from people who were amazed at the speed and some wondering why he was wearing no shirt. He ignored everyone until he caught up with her. He grabbed her hand and stopped her. He whispered, Don't do anything stupid...I know your stronger. He let out a sigh as he got the words out. ' |

As Kate walked, she sighed. She had felt a bit bad about leaving him like that. She felt his hand and turned to hear him whispered. "I'm...just gonna go steal blood from the hospital." she said. "I have to get blood, Xavier. Do you want me to die?" she went close to him, her body shaking gently. She burried her face into his shoulder, taking his scent in. He smelt wonderful. Skin, blood, and the shower smell. She sighed, and pulled away. "Later.... I'll see you later." she said, kissing his lips deeply, then walking off.

Xavier looked in disbelief. He sighed at what she said. He looked at her curiously and looked behind and at her one more time. He knew she was too focused, she gave him a kiss which he didn't fully respond to it. When she put her head he felt like hugging her slowly and comforting her. but he ignored her and whispered, Fine..Do whatever you want He whispered into her ear and turned around and walked behind. He was sad to do it but he couldn't take it anymore. He walked back to his room. Slamming the door a single tear fell from his eyes. |

Kate stopped around the corner, her eyes closing as she heard the door slam. She sighed, going back to his room, only to see the door was locked, she knocked loudly, staying quiet. She didn't want him upset with her. She rather die from hunger, before she hurt him. Finally she spoke, her voice somewhat shakey. "Xavi... open up.... please." she said.

He went into the room stamping his feet. He walked to his bed half crying and half angry. How could she, he thought as he took a pillow and threw it on the ground. He paced the room for awhile suddenly a knock came. He heard her angelic voice. He didn't want to open it. He walked to the door and unlocked it but didn't bother to open it. He walked to his bed and lay down forgetting about everything. Slipping into a little daydream. |

Kate was almost in tears. Maybe they shouldn't of been together...
She sighed softly, "Whatever Xavier." she said, tears going down her cheeks. "If you wanna be pissed, be that way. I wont eat if it makes you happy, but if I die, don't blame me." she said, rather coldly. She didnt bother trying to go in again. Instead she only went off, and ran into her dorm so she could cry alone.

He fell out of his bed. He opened his eyes slowly. He held onto the bed for support. He had a mental blank for a second. He forgot everything that has happened. Xavier wondered why he was not wearing a shirt and why his face was wet. He remembered about the fight. He moaned and went into the toilet. After washing his face and combing his hair again. After putting on a new shirt he walked slowly outside. Locking the door and going out of his dorm. He visited a shop just near to the college. He picked up a couple of flowers. Walking back to the dorms slowly went near Kate's room. He knocked on the door very softly. Um..It's me Xavier. |

Kate had fallen asleep, crying. But she slowly woke hearing a knock. She sighed, hearing his voice and opening the door. "Go away...." she said, sitting up on her bed. "No....don't." she go up and went to the door. "Come....come in." she sighed, looking up at him.

He waited for a reply. He put his head agaisn't the door. He had heard faint sounds of crying. He banged the wall with his fist crying a bit when she asked him to go away. Trying to rid the pain he was having. When he heard he talk again he didn't here what she said exactly. He waited and she slowly opened the door he went in slowly and put his arms around her giving her a big hug. Sorry...It's all my fault. but i don't want anything to happen to you. I really care about you. He stopped there and let her sit on the bed and placing the flowers on the table. He sat near her. Not saying a word he placed his hand on her hand softly.. |

Her eyes looked over his face, sighing softly at his sorry. "It just seems like you dont get it. If I dont eat. I die." she said, looking into his eyes as he hugged her, she hugged him back barely. She glanced at the flowers, and felt his hand on hers, she couldn't help but smile. "Are those for me?" she asked, looking at their hands. She loved him, alot, and she'd never stop loving him. Even through their fights.

Xavier nodded a little. HE actually thought of getting her some blood. It coudn't be that bad. Could it? He get get her a little of course. He said Yes, They are for you Dear. Slowly still thinking of her first words. He spoked quickly. ''Ok, Ill get you blood.''He had no intention of drinking but he would die then see anything happen to Kate. He said again, But i'm getting it? I don't want to see you getting caught ok. He walked over to her and planted a gentle kiss on her lips |

She smiled, looking at him. "They are beautiful." she moved closer to him, puttingher arms around him before he spoke of blood. She sighed, looking at him. "Don't worry about it, baby." she said, closing her eyes to feel his lips against hers. She smiled, moving closer and continuing to kiss him.
"I love you..." she said, as her lips parted from his, her forehead resting against his gently. "Lets just go watch a movie." she said, then got up, putting the flowers in water. "To take my mind....off blood." she said, walking back over to him.

He took a sigh of relief as she asked him to forget about blood. He smiled when she said the flowers were beautiful. He knew she would like them and were worth every dollar. He closed his eyes and passionately kissed her for a while. He had his eyes closed for a few seconds after the kiss, I love you too and their foreheads gently rested against each other. He waited awhile sitting on the bed waiting for her to put the flowers back. When she was done he smiled at her, Shall we go? When she nodded he grabbed her hand softly and walked out... |
